As the brand continues to evolve into a more refined, luxury experience, several service updates have been implemented to ensure consistency, quality, and respect for both client and stylist time. ✨ Pricing Update Effective January 2026, service pricing has been updated to reflect changes in service structure, preparation requirements, and the overall elevated experience. Pricing now accurately represents the time, skill, and artistry provided during each appointment. ✨ Wash & Preparation Policy Services are now categorized as style-only or full-service, depending on the service selected. Style-only services (including most braid services, starter locs, and maintenance services) do not include shampooing, conditioning, or hair preparation. Clients must arrive with hair clean, fully dried, detangled, and ready to style, with all required hair extensions provided. Existing loc clients only may receive professional shampooing and detox services when buildup is present, as these treatments are essential for proper loc maintenance. Silk presses and select extension services require professional shampooing and blow-drying to ensure the best quality and results. A deep conditioning treatment is available as an optional add-on for an additional cost. A trim is included when necessary. Please review each individual service description carefully, as preparation requirements vary by service. ✨ Hair Extensions Hair is not included unless explicitly stated in the service description. All braiding hair, boho hair, crochet hair, or extension bundles must be purchased prior to the appointment. Hair recommendations are available upon request. ✨ Booking Agreement & Media Consent By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to the following: They have read and understand the selected service description and preparation requirements. Before and after photos and/or videos may be taken for quality assurance and portfolio purposes. This may add a small amount of time to the service. Content may be shared on social media with client consent, which may be given verbally or in writing at the time of the appointment. ✨ Final Notes These updates are in place to provide a seamless, professional, and elevated experience for all clients. Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 4 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or reschedule requests. Failure to provide proper notice is considered a late cancellation.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 4 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the $35 deposit. A new deposit is required to book any future appointment.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
A no-show includes failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment with no prior communication. Messages or phone calls made after the scheduled appointment time does not excuse the absence. Appointments are automatically canceled at the time of the missed slot and will not be honored afterward.
Clients arriving 30 minutes or more late may be denied service and rescheduled, at the stylist’s discretion, and may incur an additional fee based on remaining availability and appointments scheduled after your time slot.
All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Deposits may only be transferred with proper notice and approval.
